Scott Uthe’s passion is to help client’s pursuit of justice and mercy. As an advocate and counselor, Scott strives to listen to client’s needs and help them manage risks and resolve issues.
Scott is a proud husband, father, and grandfather. He is a long-time Arizona resident, Navy veteran, and deeply involved with pro bono activities. He has achieved a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University. He is working to develop a broad range of litigation skills, while also being able to leverage 13 years of Privacy legal experience for his client’s benefit. He holds the following certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals: Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP-US), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Fellow of Information Privacy (FIP).
